Here at Prebeat, our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly possible. Our orders are sent fast and tracked with our delivery partners - we use DHL Parcel UK, FedEx and Royal Mail for most items. You will also receive the tracking by text and/or email once the order is dispatched.
Smaller orders which are under £50 and small in size will be shipped using Royal Mail's 48 Hour Tracked service.
Delivery on orders over £50 to mainland UK is free. For orders under £50, the charge is just £3.95. Orders for non mainland UK destinations (see our main delivery page) are free when you spend £100.

RETURNS
You can buy from us knowing you have 14 days from the date of purcahse to return an item for a full refund, as long as that item is returned in its brand new and unused condition. For full details of our Returns Policy, see our main Returns page.
All of our products also have a manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of 1 year. Should a product be faulty within 30 days of purchase, just contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost for a replacement. After the 30 day period, you will need to return the item for repair under warranty.

I purchased 4 covers and they arrived in time as requested. Though I’ve not had to use them yet as the weather was dry, they fit the LED bars perfectly on the floor. I’m not sure how they would be fitted to the lights if they were fastened on a bar.
They arrived very stiff and had to be ‘warmed up’ to become easy to put over the lights and for storing them, I’ve put a carpet roll inner tube inside to hold the shape.
