Prebeat Returns Policy

When you buy from us here at Prebeat we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that is why we offer a 14-day return period where you can return something for a refund.  All our products also carry a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty and some manufacturers also offer an extended warranty upon registeration of your purchase. 

All the information you need is below depending on why you want to return the product and if you have any questions please get in touch.  For information whilst our website has many bundles listed each item is shipped and sold as if you purchased all the items individually.

Return within 14 days - Change of mind

If you have decided you want to return the item for a refund within 14 days of purchase then you can do this as long as you can return the item in the original packaging, in perfect unused condition so that it can be re-sold.  The item and all packaging/accessories must also be as new.

Just simply package the item up with an outer protection such as bubble wrap or an outer box to make sure the packaging isn't damaged and return it to us at the address below with a copy of your receipt (so we know it is from you) and a note to say you are returning the item for a refund. Always use clear tape on any product box if needed.

Please allow up to 7 days from when the item is delivered to us for a refund.

This return policy is not available in our showroom and excludes some larger items which are exclusively marked as for professional use.

Return within 30 days - Faulty product

It is rare, but every now and then a product might be faulty and if this is within 30 days of purchase and you still have all the original packaging then the good news is that we can get that back and replaced for you at our cost.

The first thing to do is contact us to discuss the fault, as it may be something simple which we can help to resolve for you - either call us on 01429 872116 or email us sales@prebeat.co.uk

Once we confirm the fault we will issue an RMA and arrange a return label for you to get this item back to us at our cost.  As soon as it arrives back we will test the item to confirm the fault and get a replacement on the way to you.

There are just a couple of things to note...

  • Items must be packaged as new (if the orginal packaging is not available then we may have to get the item repaired for you under the warranty)
  • If the item is an effects machine, it should be empty of fluid and completely dry
  • Only use clear tape when sealing the product box and include all accessories
  • Use an outer box if possible to protect the product box (don't use black wrap or bubble wrap)
  • We must point out that should an item come back with no fault found, then we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for the shipping back to us and back to the customer (approx £15).  That is why it is always important to discuss the issue first.

Return after 30 days - Faulty product

All of the products we sell carry a manufacturers warranty of 1 year, with some products having an extended warranty available from the manufacturer.  Should an item become faulty during this warranty period then you will need to send the item back to us with a copy of your receipt and a brief note describing the fault.  Once the item arrives back we can test it to confirm the fault and get that repaired for you as quickly as possible.  A guide is to allow around 2 weeks for this process.
