Here at Prebeat, our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We use a selection of delivery partners including DHL Parcel UK, FedEx and Royal Mail for a fast, tracked and reliable service. You will also receive the tracking via text and/or email once the order is dispatched. There are occasions when other couriers are used - for instance for large items such as trussing or if we direct ship an item from the supplier.
If your order is under £50 and small in size then it will be shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Delivery on orders over £50 to mainland UK is free. For orders under £50, the charge is only £3.95.
Each product page on our website will clearly show when you can expect delivery. We have hundreds of items available for next day delivery if you order by 3pm, and many more products that will take slightly longer.
Delivery to the following destinations is available - although takes slightly longer - and is free on orders over £100, with a £10 charge on orders below this value:
