RETURNS

You can buy from us knowing you have 14 days from the date of purcahse to return an item for a full refund, as long as that item is returned in its brand new and unused condition. For full details of our Returns Policy, see our main Returns page.

All of our products also have a manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of 1 year. Should a product be faulty within 30 days of purchase, just contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost for a replacement. After the 30 day period, you will need to return the item for repair under warranty.

Cool case to protect my gear

I purchased a 1 unit rack DMX 8 node unit to distribute 8 x DMX addresses to my rig. For three months it has been connected, but has sat on a box without protection, so I searched for a shallow sized 1 unit rack case to protect it.

This is 2 units, but is shallow and is made of ABS plastic so perfect for my needs.
The front and back are removable to allow cable access and despite being a third smaller than a standard flight case there is plenty of room to tuck in the cable tails.
I really like the way this opens, not with butterfly catches but strong ’quick release’ levers. When open and the front removed this looks really cool and has the a rack and fittings in place.
It has four feet to sit it on and has in built carry handles.
Plastic won’t rust, its light weight, it protects my equipment and being black it blends into the stage set background. Perfect and the best price and fast delivery from Prebeat.
