The Stick gives you cable-free control over your lighting set-up so no more running cables from your controller to your fixtures. Simply plug it straight into each fixture where the DMX cable would have gone and use it as a receiver together with the Orb transmitter. Handy and hassle-free plug-and-play technology. Stick uses W-DMX technology, which is an incredibly reliable wireless alternative to the DMX cable. It is also completely compatible with other W-DMX and LumenRadio CRMX products so as your business grows, you don’t have to replace everything all at once. Start with Orb and Stick and later use them together with more advanced products like LumenRadio’s Aurora or Stardust.
Here at Prebeat, our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly possible. Our orders are sent fast and tracked with our delivery partners - we use DHL Parcel UK, FedEx and Royal Mail for most items. You will also receive the tracking by text and/or email once the order is dispatched.
Smaller orders which are under £50 and small in size will be shipped using Royal Mail's 48 Hour Tracked service.
Delivery on orders over £50 to mainland UK is free. For orders under £50, the charge is just £3.95. Orders for non mainland UK destinations (see our main delivery page) are free when you spend £100.

RETURNS
You can buy from us knowing you have 14 days from the date of purcahse to return an item for a full refund, as long as that item is returned in its brand new and unused condition. For full details of our Returns Policy, see our main Returns page.
All of our products also have a manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of 1 year. Should a product be faulty within 30 days of purchase, just contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost for a replacement. After the 30 day period, you will need to return the item for repair under warranty.
